true indication of our return to normal
It’s been a long time coming
but here we are. As I do morning farming around my Gilbert neighborhoods it’s
encouraging to see that most homes are occupied. The same trek back in 2010 was
both astonishing and depressing, as often vacant homes numbered as high as
1/3 of some communities. And It showed in the sad condition of so many
properties. What a welcome relief to see the vast improvement in those homes,
and in fact, the entire community.
